Seesam insurance joins the Initiative

Insurance company Seesam has joined the Employers Against Domestic Abuse initiative to contribute to the prevention of domestic abuse and raise awareness among employees.

"We joined the initiative to do our part as an employer, increase our employees' awareness, and support those who have encountered domestic abuse in one way or another. We believe that together, we can create a healthier and more caring society," said Seesam insurance's Head of Marketing, Liljan Männiste.

Seesam insurance is the first employer in Estonia’s insurance sector to systematically focus on the prevention of domestic abuse. According to the Head of Employers Against Domestic Abuse Triin Adamson, it is encouraging to see organisations from various fields getting involved. "Domestic abuse affects us all – it is not just an issue for a single sector or social group. We are glad that employers recognise this," said Adamson.

All employers, regardless of industry or organisation size, are welcome to join the initiative. We invite businesses, non-profit organisations, foundations, and other legal entities that share our values and vision, as well as citizens who are interested in the cause.
